• The event was organized by the city of Wiesbaden and called 'Wiesbaden engagiert' ('Wiesbaden is committed'), where employees of companies located in the Wiesbaden area volunteer to give their time and expertise to support projects of real value to the community.
• One day event.
• 20 employees of PME/PE (from assistant to general manager grade) participated.
• Panasonic employees volunteered in an elementary school called 'Bluecherschule - Europaschule'. It has about 400 students from different nations and is called 'Europaschule' (Europe school), because it has many partnerships and cooperation with other schools in the EU.
• The employees built a wooden hut, cleaned the school yard, worked in the school’s herb garden, cut trees and plants and did general garden work.
